o What qualifies for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

What is the exchange policy?

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note your return will be processed within 2 business days from the time we receive your request. However, it may take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days for the fund to appear on your end. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
